How to confirm my payment?

We accept Bank Transfer and Paypal payment for now ,please confirm your payment by sms/email to our contact number and email,show us your order number ,amount and recipient name and bank/paypal account that was used to make payment.

How to redeem my voucher/promotion code?

After confirm your order and check out,please make confirmation to us for your order and show us your voucher number or promotion code via email or contact our customer service numbers.We will re-calculate your order amount with total billing/invoice and send it to your email,so you can process the payment.

Will I be charged sales tax on my order?

For local/regional inquiries,product price already include tax charge. For international shipments,we ship your package DDU, duties and taxes unpaid, and does not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. When will my order be delivered?

All local/regional deliveries will be made via JNE/TIKI. International deliveries will be Please check their website above for tariff. All orders will be shipped from Monday-Friday 8 AM and 5 PM.Saturday 8 AM . Local deliveries around Jabodetabek  - It may take approximately 1 to 3 business days from the shipping date, and out from that,depending on the shipping location. All international shipment will be made via EMS(Express Mail Service). Please check their website for more details .

How can I track my package?

We will send you the tracking number to your email after we shipped your order.You can trace your order via JNE/TIKI/EMS website.

If I purchased an item online, can I return it ?

Merchandise that was purchased online can't be returned . We will always check the product quality and make sure it is in good shape before shipment with safer packaging.
